Here's How We Work

First, we start by listening to what you desire. Then we work with you to make it a reality.

Step One – Concept:

• After an initial telephone interview to gather information, a meeting is set to further discuss your needs, desires and priorities to best determine the budget.
• We provide references and ask you to contact some of our customers to find out for yourself how they liked working with us.
• We review with you some of our completed projects – explaining some of the challenges, and how we provided the solutions, on time and within budget.

Step Two – Initial Design:

• We then develop computer generated 3-D renderings and write the specifications for the project under consideration.
• An initial timeline is determined to complete the design/build process.

Step Three – Pre-Construction/Product Selection:

• The project specifications are reviewed in detail and agreed upon.
• A timeline for construction is also reviewed, outlining the process from start through completion.
• We then assist you with product selections from quality suppliers and vendors.
• Firm costs based on the work required are outlined, including line-by line itemization on the contract, so there are no surprises.

Step Four – Construction:

• We obtain the building permits required for the project.
• We introduce the construction team, including an experienced on-site, project manager who is on the job daily overseeing your project through completion.
• Weekly client meetings are held during construction with the owner of the company.

Step Five – Project Completion:

• We hold a pre-completion walk through with the project manager which helps ensure a 100% satisfaction with our customers.
• We provide a X year customer warranty on all aspects of our work.
